Uncover your multidentity.
We are so much more than we think. I help women integrate and expand all aspects of themselves. When you work with me, I’ll help you remember your identity goes way beyond your career title or family role. As you get to know this diverse self, I’ll help you choose which aspect of you to lead with depending on the situation you find yourself in. You’ll feel confident showing up to life, love, work, and relationships. And you’ll get better results in these areas, too.
Forget “Fake it until you make it,” I’m all about authenticity. I support women in stepping into their full potential one small step at a time. When you work with me, you’ll show up to life as the best version of you in every present moment. By consciously practicing being in your full potential, it will become your normal way of being.
My Story:
For a long time (let’s be real, pretty much my whole life) I felt that my identity was defined by my achievements: competitive athlete, earning my PhD, losing weight and rocking my dream body, working in a very well respected company etc…
Working and thriving in male dominated environments, I thought I needed to let go of my femininity to be successful. I was constantly chasing productivity, assertiveness, independance, status, competitiveness and was blocking my natural attributes of a nurturer, creative, seductive, graceful and intuitive woman. I thought it had to be this or that, until I realized I could choose to let it be this AND that!
Through all these achievements and imbalance between my head and my heart, I lost touch with who I truly was and what it is that I stand for. I was working hard to fit into society’s standards for successful women, without ever wondering what were my own standards. It felt so exhausting to wear a mask and I no longer knew what my personal values were. I disliked who I had become and most importantly I was living someone else’s life.
I knew it was time to restore my full DiHERsity. It was time I stopped living my life based on society’s values and perceptions and instead build my life based off of my personal and authentic values. I embarked on my own DiHERsity lab experiment. I took my power back from society, came down from my head into my heart, and tapped into my dormant feminine nature.
My self-experiment brought profound clarity and direction in my professional life, improved my relationships with others, created habits that lead to vaster success than I could’ve possibly imagined, and allowed me to tap into parts of myself that I didn’t know existed.
And now I want to help you do the same.
