Create your life and career by design without losing yourself in the process.

I help women reconnect to who they are, lead authentically, and feel fulfilled from the inside out in their health, work, and life.

This is for you if…

You look successful on the outside, but something feels off on the inside.

You’re capable, driven, and accomplished yet confidence feels fragile, and self-doubt or imposter syndrome keeps creeping in.

You’ve learned how to adapt, push, and perform, but you’re tired of feeling disconnected from yourself.

You don’t want to burn your life down. You want to feel grounded, clear, and at home in who you are.

Why I do this work

For most of my life, I believed my worth came from what I achieved.

Being a competitive athlete. Earning a PhD. Losing weight and getting the “dream body.” Working in a highly respected, male-dominated corporate environment. From the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, I felt disconnected from myself.

I learned early on that to succeed, I needed to be tougher, more productive, more assertive, more independent. Somewhere along the way, I thought I had to trade my femininity for credibility. I muted parts of myself that were intuitive, creative, nurturing, graceful believing it had to be either strength or softness, but never both.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was living by society’s definition of success, not my own. I was checking all the boxes, yet losing touch with my values, my inner voice, and who I truly was. I didn’t like the version of myself I had become and most importantly, I knew I was living someone else’s life.

That was my turning point.

I decided to stop outsourcing my worth and start designing my life from the inside out. I began what I now call my DiHERsity Lab experiment: reconnecting my head and my heart, reclaiming my feminine energy, and redefining success on my own terms.

The result wasn’t just more clarity and fulfillment, it transformed how I showed up in my career, my relationships, my body, and my leadership. I stopped surviving and started living in alignment.

This is why I do this work today.

I help women stop abandoning themselves in the name of success, reconnect with who they truly are, and lead and live without losing themselves in the process.

Ready to begin? You don’t need to overhaul your life.
